Live Scan 4 All is a locally owned business dedicated to taking the stress and uncertainty out of background‑check compliance.  As a California Department of Justice‑approved Live Scan provider, we offer expeditious, accurate and secure fingerprinting for individuals and employers.  Our systems are powered by an FBI‑approved channeler whose infrastructure has processed more than 8 million background checks and encrypts all personal data at every step, ensuring your information is protected and never shared.

What began as a fingerprinting service has grown into a one‑stop compliance center.  In addition to Live Scan fingerprinting, we provide on‑site drug testing with rapid results, making us a convenient resource for pre‑employment and workplace screening.  We also host TSA PreCheck® and TWIC® enrollment services, helping travelers and maritime workers complete security vetting quickly and close to home.  TSA PreCheck is a trusted‑traveler program that gives approved passengers access to dedicated screening lanes and lets them keep shoes, laptops and liquids in their bags, while TWIC credentials are required for unescorted access to secure maritime facilities.
